Delivery Information

• We provide delivery to most cities and towns across India. Depending on your location and the type of courier services available:
• Orders are shipped either through courier partners (like Delhivery, DTDC, etc.) or
• Via road transport services (such as APSRTC, TSRTC, Sindhu, Navata, etc.)
• If road transport is required for your location, you will be informed in advance, and the product will be sent to the nearest transport office or godown, from where you will need to collect it.

• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery timelines range from 3 to 8 business days, depending on your city/town and the mode of delivery.
• Please note that remote locations may take slightly longer to receive deliveries.

• Once your order is confirmed, our team begins testing, packing, and preparing it for dispatch.
• We perform a final quality check before shipping to ensure you receive a working product.

• A tracking ID or transport reference number will be sent to your WhatsApp or registered email within 48–72 hours after dispatch.
• You can use this ID to track your parcel or contact the transport/courier company for collection instructions (in case of road transport).

• To ensure fairness and transparency for both parties, customers must follow this unboxing guideline:
• Record a clear and continuous video from the moment you start opening the package.
• The video must show the entire process, including the outer packaging, product, and accessories.
• The video must not have any cuts, pauses, or edits.
• The video will be used as proof if you claim:
• The product was damaged in transit
• Items were missing from the package

• Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted, as this is our only way to verify damage or missing items during delivery.

• We offer a 100% refund or replacement if the product is damaged during shipping and the damage is reported with a proper unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Physical damage caused after delivery or power-related issues (like short circuits) are not covered under warranty.
