Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments can be made via electronic transfer (subject to confirmation of receipt by our bank).
- All quotations are valid for 5 days only.
- An order is considered confirmed only after deposit funds are received by Sushwa Technologies or credited to our bank account.
- No goods are sold on a trial basis.
- Any purchase-related queries (including omissions, invoicing, or payment issues) must be reported by the next working day.
WARRANTY POLICY
- All products carry a 1-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase against technical failure.
- Exclusions: Laptop/Desktop display screens, batteries, and any physical damage are not covered.
- Warranty claims require customers to bring the product to Sushwa Technologies office with a prior appointment.
- Free on-site service is not provided. On-site visits are available at additional charges, and parts/spares costs must be paid by the customer.
- The replacement warranty can be claimed only once per customer/product.
- Warranty claims must be raised via email to sushwaitservices@gmail.com.
- Refurbished laptops are sold with a battery backup of up to 1 hour.
- Warranty is valid only for Sushwa Technologies customers within the warranty period.
- Suitability of goods is not warranted — customers must verify compatibility before purchase.
- Warranty is void if the serial number or its label is missing, altered, written on, or tampered with.
- Products will be repaired or replaced only if a performance failure occurs within the warranty period. Repairable items will not be swapped.
- Minimum waiting period for replacements is 6 working days (may be extended due to manufacturer or supplier stock availability).
- Warranty is void if goods are mishandled, damaged by lightning, power surges, or improper use.
- Customers are responsible for backing up all data before returning any system. We are not responsible for loss of data.
- Damage caused by incorrect use, negligence, or mishandling is excluded from warranty.
- If a warranty return is found to be software-related or the product is working as intended, labor charges may apply.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- No cash refunds are issued.
- Original invoice must be presented with all returns.
- Please review the Returns & Refund Policy of the sales platform (if applicable) for additional conditions.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- In rare cases where stock preparation takes longer, customers will be informed.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
- Delivery across India typically takes 3–10 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, and we will keep you informed in such cases.
REPAIRS POLICY
- Faulty goods must be returned to Sushwa Technologies along with a detailed fault report.
- Customers must back up all data before sending systems for repair. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
- A repair quotation will be provided and must be approved before work begins.
- Repairs carry a 30-day warranty from the invoice date (unless otherwise specified for certain components).
- We only support software and operating systems with valid licenses and original media.
- If reinstallation is required during upgrades/repairs, customers must provide original installation media, serial numbers, or product keys. Failure to provide these may prevent software installation.
- Sushwa Technologies is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
