Return & Refund Policy
At Sushwa Technologies, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure all products are tested and in working condition before shipping. However, in rare cases of issues, our return and refund policy applies as follows:
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during transport, or not as described.
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Products damaged due to physical impact, mishandling, power short circuits, or liquid exposure.
- Products purchased under clearance sale, special discount, or “no return” category.
- Accessories such as chargers, cables, or batteries are not covered unless found defective on delivery.
3. Return Procedure
- Contact our support team at sushwaitservices@gmail.com or call 88 974 586 79 within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Share the order ID, product details, and unboxing video showing the defect/damage.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original packaging with all accessories.
4. Refund / Replacement
- After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped
- If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Important Notes
- Products must be returned in unused condition, with original box, manuals, and all included items.
- We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
